نبض کی تعریف

کلائی کے اوپر انگوٹھے کی جڑ سے دل کی طرف ایک مخصوص شریان موجود ہے جسے نبض کہا جاتا ہے۔

دل میں خون کے لطیف بخارات جب شریانوں پر دباؤ ڈالتے ہیں تو دل کے ردھم کے ساتھ ان کی حرکاتِ انقباض و انبساط سے یہ مخصوص شریان متاثر ہوتی ہے۔ یہی شریان امراض کی نشاندہی کرتی ہے، اور اسے ہی نبض کہا جاتا ہے۔

نبض دراصل جسم میں خون ناپنے کا ایک قدرتی آلہ ہے جو خون کی مقدار، ہیموگلوبن اور غالب و مغلوب خلط کی نشاندہی کرتا ہے۔ اسی سے طبیب مریض کی صحت کا اندازہ لگاتا اور علاج کی سمت طے کرتا ہے۔

On the wrist, near the base of the thumb towards the heart, lies a specific artery known as the pulse.

When the subtle vapors of blood exert pressure on the arteries, the rhythm of the heart with its contraction and relaxation affects this particular artery, which indicates various conditions. This is what we call the pulse.

The pulse acts as a natural instrument to measure blood within the body. It provides information about the blood quantity, hemoglobin, and the dominance or suppression of bodily humors. In this way, the physician can assess the patient’s health and decide on treatment.

नब्ज की परिभाषा

कलाई पर अंगूठे की जड़ से हृदय की ओर एक विशेष धमनी होती है जिसे नब्ज कहते हैं।

जब रक्त के सूक्ष्म वाष्प धमनियों पर दबाव डालते हैं, तो हृदय की संकुचन और प्रसारण की लय से यह विशेष धमनी प्रभावित होती है। यही धमनी रोगों की पहचान करती है, और इसे ही नब्ज कहा जाता है।

नब्ज वास्तव में शरीर में रक्त मापने का एक प्राकृतिक यंत्र है। यह रक्त की मात्रा, हीमोग्लोबिन और प्रबल या दुर्बल द्रव्यों की स्थिति को दर्शाती है। इसी आधार पर वैद्य रोगी के स्वास्थ्य का आकलन करता है और उपचार की दिशा निर्धारित करता है।
