تیاری کا طریقہ

سب سے پہلے تارپین کا تیل اور تارا میرا کا تیل ایک صاف شیشے کے برتن میں ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ پھر اس میں ست پودینہ اور ست اجوائن شامل کریں اور دوبارہ اچھی طرح ہلائیں۔ تیار شدہ آئل کو ہوا بند شیشے کی بوتل میں محفوظ کرلیں۔ ٹھنڈی اور خشک جگہ پر رکھیں۔

استعمال کا طریقہ
